Given the constant increase in the workforce
associated with the development of the plant and the commissioning of new technological facilities, the management of LLP ANB Oil is consistently working to address the issues of social protection of workers and create favorable working conditions for them. To date, the number of employees at the plant is about 300 people. That is why one of the priority areas of the plant's activity is the development and improvement of the level of social and personnel policy.

LLP ANB Oil took 1st place in the nomination "For participation in solving social problems of territories and the development of corporate charity" in the regional stage of the All-Kazakhstan competition "Kazakhstan organization of high social efficiency." The results of the competition prove not for the first time that LLP ANB Oil occupies a worthy place in the labor market in the region.
